Private Home on the beach

In most of Hollywood Beach the only available living space is in a condo.  That means no kids or grand kids without prior approval from a bunch of people who don't even know you or them.  Not the case with this house.  Any body can visit, any time, for any reason.  It is private and your business alone.

Most other houses available in Hollywood beach are further north near the bars and eating establishments where there are a lot of people wandering around on or near your property. The houses are also stacked very close together offering little breathing room from your neighbors. This house is the only one on the block.

So enjoy the kids, enjoy the parking, enjoy the quiet and enjoy the privacy!
